BIO

Anna Fedorova was born in Russia in 1982. She graduated from the Balakirev Musical College in Nizhniy Novgorod (piano class of professor G. Fadeeva) with distinction, in 2001. She graduated from the Glinka State Conservatory (Academy) in Nizhniy Novgorod (piano class of professor V. Starynin) in 2006, with distinction too. In 2009, she completed the postgraduate course in chamber music (class of professor K. Flerova) in the Glinka State Conservatory.

She participated in master-classes with prof. Dmitri Bashkirov, Vladimir Krainev, Martino Tirimo, Helena Muzalas, Andrey Diev, Maxim Mogilevsky and also in the master-classes of the ensemble skill with prof. Alexander Bonduriansky and G.A. Fedorenko. She has collaborated many times with the State Symphonic Orchestra of Nizhniy Novgorod’s Philarmonia named after M. Rostropovich, and with the Chamber Orchestra “The Soloists of Nizhniy Novgorod”as well. Also she was invited and performed with the Symphonic Orchestra of the Municipality of Athens. Her recitals and performances with different orchestras and soloists took place in many Russian big cities and in Europe: Spain, Greece and Italy. In October of 2006, she was invited from the Russian Embassy in Greece and the Greek Minister of Culture to take part, as a member of an international team to participate in the “Russian Week Festival in Corfu”.

Her repertoire includes various kinds of music, as well as modern composers and extensive chamber music repertoire. In 2011 Anna Fedorova entered postgraduate course in Prayner Konservatorium fur Musik und Dramatische Kunst, Vienna, Austria, in the class of prof. Robert Lehrbaumer.
